The ESA status has two major benefits: It allows the owner to take their pet onboard for free and exempts them from the real estate deposits & fees.
There are three packages to choose from: Service Dog Kit, 1 Pet, and 2 Pets. Upon picking the appropriate one, the vistior is walked through a series of form pages where they specify their pet’s and their own infromation, fill in the billing details, and finally checkout their order. Once the purchase is made the customer is sent an order confirmation email and is further contacted by a support agent who helps them get an ESA Handler Identification document.
