Once we clarify the project requirements and settle on the deliverables, the timeline, the team expertise, and the capacity required, we will come up with an estimate. Drafting a contract is the next logical step. And when the contract is signed, the work begins.
All our projects are assigned a Project Manager who’s the single person responsible for the successful outcome. You or the representative you appoint will be communicating with our PM directly. You won’t need to get involved with any operational aspects, though, as the Project Manager ensures timely delivery and will report to you daily. Depending on the application requirements, the responsible team may include any UI/UX designers, Frontend Developers, Backend Developers, DevOps, and System Administrators.
We usually engage in fixed-budget arrangements but are also open to hourly rates. With a fixed-cost approach, all milestones are priced separately. On the other hand, an hourly basis allows for more flexibility in terms of productivity and budget.
